Oatmeal and spices porridge

In autumn a warm breakfast is a good and health way to start your day.

Leave the cardboard boxes with so called "breakfast cereals" or the pasteurized "yoghurts" in the supermarket shelves where they belong.

400ml oat milk

200gr oats

a teaspoon of cinnamon powder

a handfull of dried cranberries, dates,dried apricots or raisins

apple or pear cut in parts

heat the milk with the oats and cinnamon

add the fruits in the end and stirr untill the oats become soft
